February 13th is World Radio Day, and it is an epic day in its own right. A day where we get to celebrate the best medium of all, radio!
It also has another claim to fame. For the the first time that two Radio Harrow presenters, are being featured in a special partnership with BBC Radio London.
The month long project, will raise awareness of Radio Harrow and other community stations within London, and tonight, our very own Vivek Ayer and Anandi Shah, joined the BBC’s Kim Davis for an hour of her Sounds Of The City show.
Over the hour, Vivek and Anandi shared their experiences of Radio Harrow, what they love about Harrow and promoted Radio Harrow across BBC Radio London.
Over the coming weeks, Vivek and Anandi will get stuck into producing their own features, interviewing guests and creating life long memories which will inspire present and future members of Radio Harrow.
