The Benefits of Meditation

Harika Nimmala and Cherie from Brahma Kumaris Harrow talked with Radio Harrow’s Breakfast Show about the benefits of meditation.

They described why people should meditate and how it can benefit both physical and mental health. Harika and Cherie talked about their personal experiences, explaining the inner feelings and connections that they have felt through practicing meditation.

Whether on a train or listening to music, Harika and Cherie explained how meditation can be practiced in many different forms as a way of calming the mind and giving an ‘inner place of silence’.
